EADS is the consortium of companies (and governments) in France, Germany, Spain and Italy that owns Airbus. Daimler/Chrysler holds a 22.5% stake in EADS, so that leaves Chrysler on pretty shaky ground considering the problems that Airbus is having now with the Airbus 380 rollout.
