And..yes the 360 is an LA bolt pattern-273-318-340-360. It should fit providing there were no changes in the starters, etc. The only catch would be if that's a Magnum, I do not know if the Magnums retained the LA block castings 100%. Most of the differnces are in the heads, but there were some block changes. I bet dc knows....
