The reverse gear shaft from the M37 is about a 1/16th of an inch longer than the PW and will work fine in the earler housing. The diam. of the shaft is the same. The NP420 PTO sliding gear, fork, shift rail, reverse gear and bearings and reverse gear shaft will all work in the C3PW housing
