Need help with brake bleeding

Can anyone help me with my problem with brake bleeding?

I am about to bleed my brakes on my B4 since replacing the lines and wheel cylinders.
I am using DoT 5 silicone fluid. I filled the master cylinder resevoir and began to pump the pedal. Shouldn't the fluid go down in the master cylinder? Seems to not move? Could that mean that there is a problem in the master cylinder? Any ideas
