I don't think it will cause any problems what so ever! With bearing's, have you ever seen how big the bearings on a W500 are??
It is just a bigger version of the W300 Single Rear Wheel spacers is all.
W300's used the same rear end and if you wanted SRW's they just put this spacer on to move the wheel out to match the front.
