I just did this my self. its not that clear.
I got the replacement from VPW. The rear to are the same 1" rubber above the frame and 1 1/2" rubber below the frame. The right front has 1 1/2" rubber above and below the frame. The left front has 1" rubber with 1/2" of steel washers to make up the total of 1 1/2" above the frame. And it only has a 1" rubber below the frame. Also it a larger bolt size like 5/8" the others are a 1/2". I also added two other thiner washer above the frame on all four corners (3/16"). It looks like to me the four mount want tb level with each other.
