I would highly recommend FCWR Fibre core wire rope ( AKA Hemp core ) Has the strength of regular steel core rope but is much more flexible and resiliancy against kinks, pinching, and nesting. FCWR is known mainly for its fast drop with minimal recoil if stretched to the breaking point, steel core rope will recoil violently. FCWR is stock on wreckers and is actually required by law for towing and recovery work in some states. I have used it exclusively for over 30 years.
