the stem on the 11.00r16 michelin 16p tube
would have to be changed from 579 (double bend) to the 576 for use on budd wheels.
the best choice of tubes (available today) might be a low platform tube for a 10.00x15
radial tire (data available on the "BEST OF")
I should have made a post when Michael posted the 900/1100x16 tube info suggesting that anyone interested in the tubes should request
valve stem type before spending $$$
