Richard, I feel for you. I can't say that I've been in your shoes, so I won't give you any medical advice other than what I've learned dealing with the medical profession. Never take "That's all we can do" for an answer. There are a lot of great doctors out there, and if you aren't getting satisfaction, seek out another.
