Getting a WC 3/4 Ton!

Just learned I won the WC 3/4 ton Weapons Carrier with flatbed that was on ebay. I'm sure I will need lot's of help and advice scrounging up parts and getting it trail ready. How difficult is it to find the correct beds for these? I know Midwest Military has lots of bed parts. How about winch set ups?
