Ron will you be making the pleated headliner as well?
One other thing I might ad, you should make the headliner about a 1/4 inch larger in the middle so it tucks in the bar better and does not sag or come out over time.
I think that is why so many are missing in the first place, that they would sag and people took them out.
Instead of people taking them out they should have done the TSB, for the headliner and they may not have sagged. Did you know that there is a TSB for headliners??
That is why I was saying above you should make them 1/4 inch larger or maybe 3/8'. I will get my copy out and post it for you if you are interested in seing it.
