I just measured the frame rails at the front where the winch extensions are bolted, on my 1954, M37 and 1970 FFPW.
M37 Frame rail 4.339" x 1.875"
Power Wagon 4.238 " x 1.891"
And I did find in measureing a variance between frame rails. The right and left on both the M37 and PW are not exactly the same measurement...there is no frame damage. Back when our truck were built, tollerences were quite loose in frames. So a guarded Yes, they will fit. I dont have any documents that state the design size of either of the frame rails.
