Chris, theres many ways to do it, but if you use 10 lug large center 20" GMC wheels with 8.25 or 900 20 tires it is the easiest route. All you need to do is have a machine shop (or you can do it if you have a vertical mill) cut the PW pattern in the GMC wheel centers. If you need a pattern, I have a PW center you can borrow to make the cuts. Go to:

Theres a green '46 PW there I own with 20" wheels and 8.25-20 tires. The duallie setup is a bit more involved. Also, if you go to the WC-6 album theres a set of 22.5" wheels I built, and those are running 800-22.5 Firestone Super-all traction tires. Those were pertty involved also, and I would,nt have built the wheels if I had'nt already had the tires.
