Is the parking lot sending you (or him) bills for storage?

Your are being more kind than I would be in this case.

The lot owner can file a Garageman's Lien to get back what he is owed, after a certain number of months have passed with no payment. Then he can have the vehicle auctioned. You are out of the loop, legally.

Have you (or the lot owner) tried certified mail? Maybe he's got the same mental disease that afflicted the guy who bought Willy-N's bob-tail PW.
