Ok guys I need your advice, I listed this problem before and now need more advice. I sold a 1958 PW to someone up north. He paid in full. Said he would arrange transport. I paid the first month storage at the lot I have other trucks. He paid 2 months. Since September I have had no contact, I have sent two letters and am sending one more today. I keep paying the bill so not to burn my bridges with the lot. He now owes me $100. In March there is an auction at the yard. They say not to pay let the truck go to auction and maybe buy it back. What are your thoughts. Any legal concerns? I live in south Ga. Its an ok truck with winch. Thanks
