If that is a little bracket to the left of the headlight in the pic and you have recesses where the headlights mount then you probably do have WC fenders. Don't sweat it though, they are the same shape as PW fenders and with a little welding and grinding no one will know the difference. But I would'nt worry about it unless you have an anal streak you can't control and just have to fix it. The pic is of a Wc fender for comparison, you can see the recess and the holes for the blackout lights but the bracket is missing on this one.
