FFPW tailight braket mounting ?

The VPW catalog shows one bolt holding the taillight brackets to the stake pocket and the brackets have two holes for a second series bed. My curved stake pocket only has one hole in the front side It also shows the bolt coming out of the inside of the stake pocket. Anyone have a closeup picture they could post for the correct mounting procedure? TIA
