well after much diligent effort on Digiwts part I finally got the 46 back on the road and drove her 35 miles across town. It looks like the major problem was minor. Drum brakes stopped really well, sounded good,ran good,drove down the Interstate good ,handled stop &go traffic well drove through construction area to give her a taste of dirt road and get those clean parts a little dusty. Leaked oil well, embarresed the H2 with the chromegrill guard. Caused a lot of people to stare out their winders at it and I had to let several young people set in it at the video store. Finally took the new dog for his first ride in it. Did not discuss modifying it , chroming ,painting it are how much it was worth mostly listned as people expressed their heartfelt opinions about its appearance and how lucky we all our. Missed the start of the superball and try to imagine how little I cared.
