How the heck did you find that? In the inventor's defense, I once worked at a big company that patented some of the things I designed, and I can attest to the fact that by the time the lawyers got through with it, I had no idea that the thing they were describing was actually my invention. It started with a patent attorney who insisted that rather than typing up our invention and giving it to his secretary, we had to use a dictaphone, from which she would transcribe it (probably more billable hours that way). The secretary, however, had no idea what we were talking about and did things like transcribe "CMOS circuit" as "sea moss circuit". From there it got worse, to the point where nobody had a clue what the patent was really about, including us inventors.
