Oil pan gasket installation

I learned from the archives not to cut the ends off of the oil pan gaskets. I assume I just leave the ends on the two curved gaskets sticking straight up.

What do I do with the ends on the side gaskets? Tuck them downward behind the curved gaskets? The side gaskets are about 1/4" long.
