Check out MV Central site through the "Related Links" at the beginning of the PW page. Mr. Bowes has some good tips for a rebild and covers the governor as well. This is for an M37 but the same principles apply. I agree with Steve M. about float level, I had to experiment with mine to keep from flooding. Good luck!
