First off, do you really want to go that fast towing it? It's not exactly a light weight like a Yugo, there's a lot of real steel in that puppy.
30 miles shouldn't be much trouble but you want to keep the speed down, take the drive shafts out, and, if the brakes are good, maybe have someone in the towed vehicle to help steer around corners and hit the brakes. You'll have a lot of weight pushing you when you try to stop.
