Need wheel info. please. Are they sellable or not?

I have two wheels from my '54C1PW I took off and put two new ones on. The old ones are reading 14.130 inside diameter where the brake pads hit. Is this a good wheel to sell or should I add them to my recycled metal dump? Pls advise using either forum or my work e-mail: dsh@primenet.com. THX in advance.
