Look at the classified ads on this site and one will see that the "asking" prices are , to say the least, grossly too high. If I was a novice and someone told me to look at the classifieds posted on this site to determine the value of my vehicle I would ask $20,000 also because I see that there are several on there now in that range and not in a top restored condition either.

I used to call these prices "Hemming prices" as everyone placed an ad in Hemming Motor News with gold in there eyes because they saw similar cars with high prices!

Before casting stones try looking at our own glass house first.

And speaking of Hemming...I was at the library picking up tax forms when I saw an issue in the rack. I have not read one for over 5 years now. Well to make it short I see they are no longer calling it "The Bible" and also they are not stating there circulation on the front cover anymore. Could it be that for a publication that is 99.8% PAID advertising they are seeing a decline of readership? Maybe because of the internet?? Just some observations.
