Did you have the flywheel polished?Did you have the pressure plate polished? Is water getting into the inspection cover? this would cause a fair amount of rust and with a standard clutch disc which will absorb water it only helps the rust to adhere between the disc and the pressure plate. I had this problem when I first got my 54M37 since then I have changed to a kevlar and ceramic solid clutch disc no problems since
