At 1k if you like the style, you can't go wrong.
If you don't like it, look at it as parts. A factory Braden LU2 winch, frame extensions along with the 10 bolt transfercase mounted pto is desireable. If the "bed" is a 9' Utiline (stepside) box, plenty of folks are looking for them. The six lug Spicer 70 front end & parts are getting hard to find. An added bonus would be any freewheeling hubs on the front. Check the gearing also 4.88's are more desireable that 5.83's. Out west, in CA, it's not impossible to find good rust free cabs for this era.
