My 53 B-3-PW popped a freeze out plug and overheated.
I was able to shut her down in a safe place before any damage set it.
I installed a universal freeze out plug and she is running fine.

My temperture guage did not come back to the cold position.
It is out of eye sight at 11:00 o'clock.
Before I take the gauge apart, any advise on putting the needle back to the cold position,
which is about 7:00 o'clock, would be greatly appreciated.
Any thoughts??
Thanks in advance.

You might enjoy the fact that as the tow truck driver was loading my 53 on his flat bed,
two guys stopped to see if I would sell my truck. My reply was NEVER!!!
