took it out, sprayed it out, lubed it,, and put it back in,, i have not put the pedal rod back in,, so i am assuming thats were the problem is, that the pedal doesnot full depress, hence not pussing the starter gear out all the way,, first frive this morning, oh, plus one of the screws, bottoms out, so the starter pushes away from the flywheel, leaving more room.. I need a third member,,, i think,, pulling it out today,, etc,, jc
