...a Mexican Dodge Dealer. Unlike the US, Dodge built full sized Ramchargers in Mexico until 1996. Then they started making the 2WD Rams on the Durango platform, shown in another post here, for sale in Mexico and South America. They have 318's which can no longer be smogged or meet the EPA fuel requirements here. They are built at the Saltillo plant, right next to the Cummins powered cab/chassis models. Most of you with Mega cabs and Cummins powered 3500's can look at your VIN numbers, they start with a 3, that's the Saltillo plant.
