Timing Chain Cover gaskets

I bought a complete engine gasket set and I'm trying to sort everything out (what a chore!).

Should there be a gasket on the inside of the cover between the chain cover and shaft seal? I also have a felt gasket that I think goes on the outside of the cover between the cover and the pulley.

Also, I have two gaskets that fit between the cover and the block. One is basically oval and the other is shaped more like the cover, but both seem to work. Which one should I use, or both?

My parts manual and shop manual do not show these details.
