As I'm SURE that you are aware, price per barrel is at an all time LOW. Somewhere near $45.00 a barrel today. With that in mind, and the way we've been getting gouged in the past, prices SHOULD be considerably LOWER now, but, they aren't.
It's so low now that your bud down in Venezuela, Hugo, is that his name, wants (and is ranting again) OPEC to rasie their prices. Him and that other creep in Iran.
With all that being said, I'm NOT SAYIN A DAMN THING, as I'm happy and grateful to get whatever little saving I can get. That D only gets 8 MPH in a strong tail wind. BTW, we're at $2 a gal here, but the 2 stations by me are having a mini price war, so they're usually $.20 a gal cheaper than everyone else. Also BTW, I DON'T go to CITGO anymore either.
