That might be a number for something else, but it is not any serial number I have ever seen.
Check the passenger side of the frame, maybe you have a 61-68?
That is if you are sure you read the number right, it is possible you need to clean the frame more or look at the numbers again to detemine what they are. Sometimes they are hard to read.
