The Cab can be carried by two people, its a tad heavy but not out of reason. Remove the doors and its a lot lighter to carry. I started at 8am to pull the cab, fenders, hood radiator etc off the PW and was done about 1pm, steady work, no breaks. Only a few bolts had to be cut, the rest was done with a air impact wrench.
