I ratchet strapped mine down to a peanut shape but I still could not get it out . So I cut through the thing with a razor knife while it was still compressed . This made the cutting easy and the cut kept opening wider with each pass of the knife. I then managed to pop one end out and snake out the rest of the run flat .
