I plan on making a set of adapters and running mine on the LAV rims.
The GI system is to squeeze the Run Flat into a peanut shape, and pull it out with a big hook on their machine. Their tire machine is about 4x4x8 feet. Think of a giant lathe, with a powered tailstock that has a winch built in. They hold the tire to the 'chuck' and winch the RF out. Perhaps parking a forklift on the tire, and chaining the RF to the forks would do it?
