In the ocean shipping bussiness you can get High cube flat racks which are open on 3 or 4 sides and taller than the standard box. They have a much stronger deck (wood)because of the lack of the exterior skeleton. You can easily stack a number of these together and finish the exterior walls and roof any way you want.
