the T-case will have to be pulled apart to remove these shafts. The shafts have the shift forks attached to them via set screws. The only way I can see to try is to use a small screw and drille into the seal steel housing and try and pull it out. If if comes out just replace the seals but odds are the shafts are scored and the new seals will only have a short lifespan. The best method but most time consuming is to tear the T-case apart and rebuild it. If the shift rods seals are leaking odds are your drive flanges are leaking as well.
