Head bolts are not stretched that far. Typically 1/4 turn over 90 ft lbs, so, um, 20 thou? hmmm, I don't think the nut test holds. Other bolts, probably OK, since the threaded section is the weakest, they will stretch in the threads. More accurate with thicker nuts?
