That is not very cold at all. 6 or maybe 7 years ago or so I was up in ND picking up two PW's for Doug Higgins and it was -60 to -65 with the wind chill. Ask Bruce in ND. Got back to CO and it was 30 and snowing and I was running around in a short sleeved shirt everyone thought I was nuts.
