On assembly of the knuckle flanges oil the lower bearing a grease the upper cone and cup. They have to be lubricated when you adjust the drag. Also soak you felt seals in motor oil before assembly of the seals/retainer. Little silicone gasket sealer is need. The cork gaskets will have shrunk some, so wtach for cracks and fill with silicone.
