My NV-4500 Reference material only goes to 2003. Second Gen Dodge CTD ran from 1994 to 2002, so you should be good to 2002.
Third Gen Dodges with SO CTD also came with NV-4500, The HO CTD came with NV-5600. I have no idea if the engine rear of a 3rd Gen is the same as the eariler 2nd Gen.
However, I can only speak with actual hands on knowledge up to and including 2000. No guess work allowed.
