Safe Lifting points

What are the best lifting points n my FFPW to place my high lift jack (front and rear)? Front of truck seems pretty easy with all the clearance I have to reach the frame. The rear is my real problem. About the only place it seemed to fit was centered on the rear cross member (but that doesn't seem too safe to me)
