I'm not sure that the size of the brake line matters when considering pressure. If the lines were .01" across or 10 feet across, the pressure would remain the same given the same master cylinder/foot. Once the fluid leaves the pump (MC), its pressure can not be effected by anything at all. At the other end of the line (wheel cylinder, caliper) is where you see an increse in force, not pressure. The only place to increse pressure is the MC, but you can change how much fluid you move with larger calipers or wheel cylinders.
