You need to find an internet site to host your picture. Upload it to www.imageevent.com or www.photobucket.com or any other picture hosting site. Once you have it online, find its URL. The URL should have a relatively long name with .jpg on the end. Copy the entire name (including .jpg) and paste it in the box marked "Optional Image Link".

Then when we try to view your message, our computers go searching for your picture, find it on the host site, and paste it above the message.
The image I have posted has a URL that looks like this
