What you want to do is:

"We've agreed not to complete the transaction. With this option, the buyer does not receive an Unpaid Item strike, the seller receives a Final Value Fee credit, and the item is eligible for a relist credit."


If you do not do this or a nastier version you will not get your final value fees back, and you are going to have to pay to relist it.

In either case you will have to pay for the relist up front, and the fees only get refunded if the Power Wagon sells this next time out.

In other words you now run the risk of paying for two listing fees even if you get the FVF from this last auction refunded.
