Storm update #2

It is now Wedneday afternoon. Still no power at home. We are doing fine. The subdivion above us got power this morning. If history repeats it will be a couple more days for us. They are working in the neihborhood and they started last night on the real mess down on the main road. It will take time to replace the entire 1/2 mile of poles, wires and intersection lights.

My wife is ready with coffee, cookies and treats for the guy when they come to repair our power lines. Those guys deserve a break. They have been busting their butts to get things fixed. They have a lot to do yet. They advanced 4 miles yeaterday and things are lighting up.
