The screw in question is a flat head 3/8" - 16 thread machine screw and is 1 1/4" long.
Part Number in 1956 was 133 906. I doubt that you can still get it from Dodge.
Try any real* hardware, auto parts, or equipment store.
*(Real means they don't sell hardware in blister packs. Real hardware is loose in bins.)
