hi tom i blew my out recently just had surgery ,a total reconstruction on my left knee, not fun it really slows you down to a crawl.it puts all my projects almost to a halt. this is my second knee. not many more left hahaa.if you look on the positive,it could be a blessing in sort of ways ,it has slowed me down, now to relax. good luck with yours and take it slow steve
