when tubeless radial truck tires first appeared here in the USA in the 60's there
was a lot of wheel failure (mostly larger trucks) and a new series of wheels made to
withstand the stresses were produced they
were easy to identify as they only had two
holes in the wheel face and were refered to
as "Two Hand Hold Wheels" cannot remember how it applied to the 19.5 but i think it did as
most of the problems were on motor homes
