Rivet question

It may have been discussed once before, but I can't find it. What is the style rivet used on the top flanges of the rear and third crossmembers? It appears to be a sleeve with the rivet thru it. Does anyone know where I can get them? Or what else can be used in that position? I have talked to Jim at Big Flats Rivet Co. I even sent them to him and he has never seen anything like them. I do like the main crossmember rivets he sent though. Pretty close to exact for replacement. Also does anyone know where I can get an attachment for an air tool to install the larger crossmember rivets??
